Salit Tzaban, PhD

CEO, CSO & Co-Founder

Salit Tzaban is a biopharmaceutical scientist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of lab experience and a decade leading biotech R&D projects. She brings deep hands-on expertise in biochemical and cell-based assays, preclinical in-vivo models, and clinical studies. Salit holds a PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School / Boston Children's Hospital. She is also the co-founder of Colab Square, where she helped build and lead a shared wet-lab infrastructure supporting life-science innovation.

Doron Friedman, PhD

CTO & Co-Founder

Doron is an experienced entrepreneur and biopharmaceutics expert with over 25 years of academic and industrial experience in drug delivery systems, pharmaceutical formulation, oral drug absorption, and bioavailability. He has led collaborations with multinational pharmaceutical companies and brings hands-on expertise in insoluble drugs, anhydrous and lipid-based emulsions, liposomes, and the development of injectable, topical, and ophthalmic products from bench to market. Doron holds a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, is an inventor of Lotemax®, Finacea®, and Scytera® formulations, and is named on over 60 patents with more than 20 peer-reviewed publications.

Jaron Breitman

CMO & Co-Founder

Jaron brings over 30 years of experience across medtech and biotech, with hands-on leadership in R&D, marketing, product management, and program management. As co-founder and CEO of Colab Square, and through previous roles at J&J and Philips Medical, he brings a rare integrated perspective on products, markets, and user behavior, driven by a commitment to doing good and doing well.
